Why Is It Important To Take Care Of Yourself

In this day and age it's really easy to get swamped with work, errands, daily life stress, and life in general forgetting the main source of energy, Yourself.  With little to no time to sleep, your body and mind doesn't have the chance to regenerate energy. while there are few things that give you enough energy to get by ( Coffee, Energy drinks, pill,etc) they're no substitute! running on low energy will start appearing physically too. puffy eyes, dark circles ( which are not cute unless you're a panda), wrinkles (Yikes), skin condition will go downhill. Not fun stuff at all. You can apply all skincare in the world, spend money on all the energy drinks, but instead, you can do something for free, SLEEP! We often find ourselves stressing over the smallest stuff and overthinking things which leads to mental exhaustion. We're caught in the vast world of thoughts of "What if, Maybe, and But".
