In this day and age it's really easy to get swamped with work, errands, daily life stress, and life in general forgetting the main source of energy, Yourself.  With little to no time to sleep, your body and mind doesn't have the chance to regenerate energy. while there are few things that give you enough energy to get by ( Coffee, Energy drinks, pill,etc) they're no substitute! running on low energy will start appearing physically too. puffy eyes, dark circles ( which are not cute unless you're a panda), wrinkles (Yikes), skin condition will go downhill. Not fun stuff at all. You can apply all skincare in the world, spend money on all the energy drinks, but instead, you can do something for free, SLEEP! Good day everybody! it's been a while! Summer is approaching us as the weather has gotten so much warmer-in most parts of the world- that is. Which means lots of outdoor activities such as swimming, going to the beach, BBQ and more! Now many people -specially us girlies- are working on their perfect Bikini body and shaping up for summer, or just working on losing and maintaing weight in general. Here are some tips that i personally found really helpful, and i hope you find them helpful as well! 1. Exercise: While this is an obvious one, many of us are too lazy to do so.
