I don't know about you, but my day does not start until i've had my forever stable breakfast hot drink, Cappuccino. Along with that, i like to change up what i have for a breakfast meal. Since the start of this year, I've decided to dive in the healthy-er eating world. Through Instagram, Avocado toast was trending, so i decided to jump on the bandwagon and try it for myself. In this day and age it's really easy to get swamped with work, errands, daily life stress, and life in general forgetting the main source of energy, Yourself.  With little to no time to sleep, your body and mind doesn't have the chance to regenerate energy. while there are few things that give you enough energy to get by ( Coffee, Energy drinks, pill,etc) they're no substitute! running on low energy will start appearing physically too. puffy eyes, dark circles ( which are not cute unless you're a panda), wrinkles (Yikes), skin condition will go downhill. Hi friends! I've recently made a video showcasing my Statement Necklaces Collection  . Statement necklaces could really dress up an outfit and bring attention to it.
